What TESY is

TESY (Tooro Entrepreneurship Symposium) is a flagship programme of Fort Portal City Chamber of Business and Commerce Ltd, bringing together entrepreneurs, SMEs, startups, innovators, professionals, investors and institutions across 10 districts of the Tooro Sub-region to promote enterprise growth, innovation, technology adoption, investment, networking and inclusive economic development.

Over three intensive days, participants build practical business skills, connect with mentors and buyers, and leave with clearer pathways to formalisation, growth and market access. TESY is designed for people who are ready to turn ambition into registered, revenue-generating enterprise.

TESY 2026 runs from 16–18 November 2026. The programme is a three-day intensive, with continued mentorship and alumni support after the symposium.

TESY 2026 will be hosted at Kalya Courts Hotel in Fort Portal Tourism City. Additional site visits or partner venues may be announced for selected cohort activities across the Tooro Sub-region.
