Fort Portal City Chamber of Business & Commerce Ltd (FPCCBC) is a membership-based institution representing businesses, entrepreneurs, investors, SMEs, tourism stakeholders, government institutions, development partners, academia and innovators across Fort Portal Tourism City, the Tooro Sub-region and Uganda. We exist to strengthen the private sector, unlock investment, elevate tourism excellence, accelerate innovation and foster partnerships that deliver dignified work and shared prosperity.

TESY — Tooro Enterprise & Skills for Youth — is FPCCBC’s flagship youth enterprise programme offering skills training, mentorship and market linkages.
Not at this time. Membership and programme fees, where applicable, are handled through guided offline payment instructions after application review.
